Packaging & Shipping costs:

Inside Europe €5 for an order not exceeding 20 units.  International Sales (excluding Europe) €10 for an order not exceeding 10 units.

Please contact us for shipping costs for orders in excess of 20 units or 10 units for intenational sales (excluding Europe) or if your country does appear in our shipping calculator.

Ordering FAQ’s

 

Q: How can I place an order?

A: You have the possibility to place an order using either a Consumer Account (up to 20 Anti-Parasite Tags) or a Registered Reseller account. The website is designed for Consumer Accounts. If you are not a Registered Reseller please contact us in the event that you wish to order more than 20 CatanDog’s Anti-Parasite Tags in one order.

Q: What is the estimated time of delivery?

A: Normally, your order is handled immediately upon receipt of your payment. In the case of a delay in delivery, however, you will be informed promptly. Orders made through the website as a consumer are dispatched through Correos, the Spanish postal service.

If Consumers require an alternative, quicker, service please contact us and we will provide a quotation for 48 hour delivery within Spain and the rest of the EU and within 7 days for the majority of other destinations.

Q: Can I pay for the tags through “Contra Reembolso” or “Cash on Delivery”?

A: We can send Cash on Delivery orders by courier. This service will cost an additional 5€ per consignment for a Consumer account up to a total of 10 Tags.

We can also provide this service to Registered Resellers. Please enter this requirement on the Registered Retailer purchasing page and we will include in our quotation.

Q: What can I do if I experience any problems with the product after purchase?

A: In case of problems with the ordering process or with the delivered products, please contact us as soon as possible.
